Before making your booking, please ensure you have read the conditions on this page that are relative to your type of booking. By proceeding we will assume acceptance of the below conditions.

Applies to all types of booking:
All coaches are fitted with seat belts, it is the law and your responsibility to wear them.
All vehicles are No Smoking. No food or drink to be consumed on the vehicle.

Excursion Guidelines:
Alternative pick up points by arrangement for larger groups.

Rigby’s endeavour to operate all advertised excursions and mini breaks, however we reserve the right to amend or cancel any advertised excursion or mini break.

No refunds will be given to any passenger arriving late for departure on either the outward or return journey.

It is the passengers responsibility to ensure that they know where and when to board the coach at all times.

On Garden Centre excursions, larger plants must be placed in the boot or external lockers when asked to do so by the driver, and not carried on the inside of the vehicle.

Private Hire Guidelines & Conditions of Hire:
All parking charges are the responsibility of and payable by the hirer on the day of the hire. With the exception of account holders, all hires MUST be paid in full at least seven days prior to the date of the hire.

In the event of cancellation of a booking, a £50 booking fee will be retained and the balance refunded.

Mini Break Guidelines:
A limited number of Single Rooms without supplement are allocated to us on each Mini Break by individual hotels, these are offered on a first come first served basis.

Once our Single Room allocations are sold, at most hotels a supplement will apply. Please check room availability and additional cost at the time of booking.

A deposit of £ 25.00 Per Person is required at the time of booking & the balance paid in full 42 days prior to departure.

All monies paid are held in a separate client account and remain so until the holiday you have booked is completed in full.

All our Mini Breaks are covered by Tour Operators Liability Insurance through Vantage Insurance Services. A full copy of our terms & conditions is available from head office on request.

*Entertainment varies according to hotel and passenger numbers. Hotels reserve the right to amend or withdraw entertainment at any time.
